We need a method to supply variables TO the FloxXO web-bot -- the api does not work and does NOT send metadata. It can be sent along a URL as parameters but I need it for the javascript popup (please do NOT tell me to look at the api -- I have it memorized and it does not work!).

+1 for this. The hack I found is to send a message as the user with the supplied metadata

FxoMessenger.sendMessage("...", { myMetadata: 123 })

. This is not ideal and is an awkward workaround.

setConfig

works for setting metadata, but it requires the user to send a new message for FlowXO to receive that data
